Booking and cancellation policies

For excursions:

Under no circumstances will late participants be allowed to join the activity. In case of lateness, the activity is non-refundable.

No refunds will be given in case of rain. Waterproof clothing is included. If we are forced to cancel the activity due to weather, this will result in a full refund of the activity without further compensation.

Fjord en Kayak reserves the right to change the details of your reservation depending on weather conditions, the physical condition of the participant or for other reasons deemed relevant by the company.

100% of the activity amount is required upon reservation online and by phone. For cancellation more than 30 days prior to the activity, a 5% administration fee will be retained on the refund. For cancellation 15 to 30 days prior to the activity, a 40% penalty of the activity amount will be applied. For cancellation less than 15 days, the full amount of the service will be retained.

For expeditions:

To confirm your reservation, we require 50% of the trip amount at the time of booking; this amount is non-refundable. The remaining amount will be required as of May 15 and will be non-refundable. If you make a reservation after May 15, we require 100% of the amount at the time of reservation.

In case of cancellation on your part, if we find a replacement that meets our requirements, we will make 80% of the total refund of the cost of the trip. If Fjord en Kayak is forced to cancel the package due to weather, this will result in a refund of 80% of the amount of the trip without further compensation.

Anyone arriving late will not be allowed to participate in the activity. No refunds will be given.
