RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Participants who are late for the sea kayak tour will not be able to join the group and will not be refunded.
No refund on a rainy day. We have all waterproof clothes. Upon cancellation of a trip on our part due to
weather conditions, full refund will be made without any other type of reimbursement.
Fjord en Kayak reserves the right to modify the activity details due to weather forecast, client’s
physical shape or other reasons relevant for Fjord en Kayak.
Full payment is required at the time of booking, whether reservations are made online or by phone.
- 30 days or more before the activity or stay: refund, minus a 10% administration fee.
- 7 to 29 days before the activity or stay: 50% of the total amount is non-refundable.
- 6 days or less before the activity or stay: 100% of the total amount is non-refundable.
EXPEDITIONS
RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
We require a down payment of 50% to confirm your reservation and this is non-refundable. The rest
of the amount will be required on May 15th, 2027 and will be non-refundable. This means that if you
make a reservation after May 15, 100% of the amount will be taken.
Fjord en Kayak reserves the right to modify the activity details due to weather forecast, client’s
physical shape or other reasons relevant for Fjord en Kayak.

to weather conditions, we will make an 80% refund without any other type of reimbursement.
